Moore for the Future Endowment Campaign

Upcoming Events
Every Friday - 1 to 3 pm - American
      Mah Jongg group. Beginners as
      well as experienced players
      welcome to join in the fun.
February 1st to March 31st - Art in the
     Library: Connie Knuppel—paintings
     in acrylic and encaustic. Exhibit
     open during library hours.
March 6th - 7:00 pm - Film Night -
     The Bucket List -97 min. PG-13.
     Free. Concessions available by
     donation. Enjoy this funny and
     poignant drama starring Jack
     Nicholson and Morgan Freeman.
     Shown on the library's new BIG
     screen withour new high-quality
     projector fora real movie theater-
     style experience!
March 8th - 3:00 pm - Winter
     Concert and Art. Celeste and
     Pepin Mittelhauser will perform a
     program of Celtic music and
     ShellyShapiro's artisan pottery will
     be ondisplay. Refreshments will
     be available, and donations to
     benefit the Library and
     Community Center are most
March 17th - 5:30 pm - St. Patrick's
     Day Corned Beef Dinner. To
     benefit the Library and Community
     Center. Space is limited. $12.50
     per person. Tickets are available
     for purchase in the library.
March 20th - 6:00 pm - Movie Night
     - Dolphin Tale. 113 min. PG.
     Free. Concessions available by
     donation. Enjoy this touching
     family drama about the friendship
     between a boy and a dolphin who
     lost his tale in a crab trap. Shown
     on the library's new BIG screen
     withour new high-quality projector
     for a real movie theater-style
March 24th - 4:00 pm - Book Club
     meeting. Will discuss "The
     Particular Sadness of Lemon Cake"
     by Aimee Bender. Copies of
     the book are available at the
     library. Anyone interested in
     reading and discussing the book is
     welcome to attend.
March 28th - During library hours -
     Reading to Nemo, the therapy
     dog. Schedule a session for your
     child by contacting the libary.

The Library is easy to find: it is just off of Route 1 in Steuben, on the Village Road across from the Ella Lewis Grammar School. The driveway leads around back to the main entrance.
