Moore for the Future Endowment Campaign

Upcoming Events
Every Tuesday - 1 to 3 pm - Fiber/
     textile craft group. Knitters,
     crotcherers, needlepointers, etc.
     are invited to join others who
     share their passion for fiber arts
     for open weekly gatherings in
     the Parlor room of the library.
Every Thursday - 1 to 3 pm - American
     Mahjong group. Beginners as
     well as experienced players
     welcome to join in the fun.
November - During library hours -
    Art in the Library: $50 and under
    arts/crafts show featuring work
    by Zoe Armstrong, Kathy Dardis
    Jeanne Benedict, Johanna Billings,
    Kathy Dardis, Earthly Suds Co.,
    and Nancy Mc Ginnis. Opening
    reception on November 6th from
    5:30 to 7 pm.
November 14th - 4 pm - Book Club
    discussion of Midwives
    by Chris Bohjalian. Copies
    available in the library. Free and
    open to all.
November 17th - 5 pm - Soup and
     Chowder Supper, featuring
     different types of homemade
     chowder and soup, corn muffins,
     drinks, and fruit crisp for dessert.
     By donation.
November 18th - 6 pm - Movie Night -
    Wonder Woman. PG-13. 141 min.
    Come see this year's most highly
    acclaimed superhero movie on
    the big screen. Free admittance.
    Snacks will be available by
    donation.
November 24th - 9 am to 3 pm and,
     November 25th 9 am to 1 pm -
     Holiday Fair, featuring crafts,
     antiques, furniture, household/flea
     market items, and more.

The Library is easy to find: it is just off of Route 1 in Steuben, on the Village Road across from the Ella Lewis Grammar School. The driveway leads around back to the main entrance.
