Moore for the Future Endowment Campaign

Upcoming Events
Every Tuesday - 1 to 3 pm - Fiber/
     textile craft group. Knitters,
     crotcherers, needlepointers, etc.
     are invited to join others who
     share their passion for fiber arts
     for open weekly gatherings in
     the Parlor room of the library.
Every Thursday - 1 to 3 pm - American
     Mahjong group. Beginners as
     well as experienced players
     welcome to join in the fun.
December and January- Art in the
     Library: $50 & Under. This show
     will feature a variety of art and
     craft - a great chance to do some
     Christmas shopping locally. Artists
     include Jeanne Benedict, Earthly
     Suds Co., Tera Fey, Jenne Heavrin,
     Nancy McGinnis, Donna Pickard,
     and Jimmi Van Keuren. Opening
     Reception on December 5th from
     5:30 to 7 pm. Exhibit open during
     library hours.
December 9th - 6 pm - Movie Night -
     Finding Dory. PG. 97 min. Dory is
     a wide-eyed, blue tang fish who
     suffers from memory loss every 10
     seconds or so. The one thing she
     can remember is that she somehow
     became separated from her parents
     as a child. With help from her
     friends Nemo and Marlin, Dory
     embarks on an epic adventure to
     find them. In addition to the usual
     refreshments, there may be a few
     surprise treats for the audience.
     Shown on a big screen. As always,
     the movie is free and refreshments
     are sold by donation.
December 16th - 5 to 6:30 pm - Supper
     with Santa. Come enjoy a supper
     of spaghetti, mac and cheese, hot
     dogs, and hot chocolate with Santa
     Claus. There will also be free books
     and gifts for the children. Free.

The Library is easy to find: it is just off of Route 1 in Steuben, on the Village Road across from the Ella Lewis Grammar School. The driveway leads around back to the main entrance.
